Updating your Contact Details

As we approach the new academic year we would like to ask parents and carers to let us know if there have been any changes to their contact details or those of the student.  This would include changes to addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses as well as any changes to the emergency contact information we hold for each student.

The academy uses the Groupcall system to contact parents and carers via text and email and it is important that we hold the most up to date information for each student.

If you need to make any changes these can be emailed to enquiries@bydales.outwood.com.  Please ensure that your email includes the name(s) of the student(s) it relates to and their year group or tutor group.
