For the attention of students who left Outwood Academy Bydales in June 2023. A letter has been sent to your home address confirming that the certificates for the qualifications you gained at Outwood Academy Bydales are available for collection from the academy reception.
These certificates are your proof of your academic achievement and should be kept in a safe place. The cost of replacements from the Exam Boards is approximately £45.00 per certificate and may be higher depending on the awarding body.
You will be able to collect your certificates from the academy's Reception between the following dates and times:
Monday 4th December 2023 to Monday 18th December 2023, from 10am to 3pm.
If you are unable to call at the office during these times, you can arrange for someone else to collect the certificates on your behalf by giving them a letter of authorisation signed by you. Your nominated person will have to provide a photographic ID and sign for your certificates upon collection.
It is important that all certificates are collected as due to space constraints, uncollected certificates may be destroyed after 12 months.
