We are proud of the fantastic work that many of our students carry out with different organisations in the community. At this time of year, organisations such as the Army and Sea Cadets, St John's Ambulance and the Scouting movement show their support for Remembrance Day through poppy selling, parades and the laying of wreaths.
We want to invite students who are part of these groups to wear their services/scouting uniform when they attend the academy's Remembrance Service on Friday 11 November.
Your child will be given a letter with additional information during Tutor Group this week and those wishing to participate will require the consent of their parent/carer via the reply slip on the letter.
