Use of iPay for all school purchases, including school meals

We are working with our colleagues at Robertson Facilities Management to transfer payment of all school purchases, including school meals, to our online Impact iPay system.

This will mean that all parents will have access to one online account for school meals, school items (such as replacement planners) and payment of trips and outings.

In the coming days all parents will receive a personal letter confirming how to access iPay and your personal login information to enable you to add funds to iPay online.

The ParentPay system which is currently used for school meal payments, will no longer be in use after 16 July.

For parents who access ParentPay online, please be aware that funds for school meals will only be needed up to and including 16 July.  Please aim to reduce the funds in this account to zero by the end of Friday 16 July.

For students who add school meal funds to their account by paying cash into the machines in school, these will be in use up to and including 16 July, however, from Monday 6 September 2021, there will be no facility for paying cash into school meal accounts.

All payments for school meals and school purchases will be through iPay using your online account.

Students who are in receipt of Free School Meals will continue to receive their FSM allocation and will be able to access these funds each day at lunchtime.

Please ensure that when you receive your login information for iPay that you check you are able to access it and set up your account.  We anticipate that you will be able to add funds for school meals to iPay from 1 August 2021.
